Services

Ultra Clean KS provides residential and commercial carpet cleaning services in the Wichita and South Central Kansas area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. All pricing is provided as an estimate until confirmed in writing by a member of our team.

Appointments & Scheduling

• Booking confirmation — Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from a member of the Ultra Clean KS team via phone, text, or email.
• Cancellations & rescheduling — We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• Access to the property — It is your responsibility to ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be forfeited and a fee may apply.
• Preparation — We recommend moving small furniture and personal items from carpeted areas prior to our arrival. Our team will work around larger furniture pieces but is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

Pricing & Payment

• All pricing is subject to confirmation prior to service. Final pricing may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the space.
• Free estimates are provided prior to all jobs. No work will begin without your agreement on the final price.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will be communicated before your scheduled appointment.

Satisfaction & Service Guarantee

We take pride in every job we do. If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is to leave every space cleaner than we found it and every customer happy with the result.

Limitation of Liability

Ultra Clean KS is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to carpet, flooring, furniture, or property
• Stains or damage that cannot be removed due to the nature of the material or the severity of the damage
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Damage resulting from items left in the work area by the customer

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered for the appointment in question.
